Legal Profession

Our group are very proud of our record as the sole supplier to a predominance of major legal firms in the State of Victoria as well as maintaining business dealings with most of all other Victorian Legal Firms. We also care for some 75% of all Regional Victorian Law Firms.

In recent times, our group successfully tendered for - and installed - computerised digital technology for the permanent recording of proceedings being undertaken in hearing rooms at a Major Judicial Tribunal. The installed technology enables simultaneous recording of proceedings in all hearing rooms onto a computer system, with facilities for precise transcription of those proceedings according to a specific criteria, including selected times and dates.

Recorded Voice Files can be downloaded to both DAT and standard audio cassettes - as well as CD - with the ability for transcription to be effected from any part of any matter, before any tribunal.

Medical Profession

In terms of our Medical focus, a current installation encompassed the rolling out of a very sophisticated digital computerised dictation system for a Large, widely known Medical Care Facility - with the provision for up to 700 Doctors being able to dictate medical reports and allied documents and correspondence.

In this installation, our Technology has been integrated with the clients' telecommunications and existing computer technology network, enabling the clients' standing investment in its existing technology to be utilised - therefore minimising additional expenditure on a digital reporting system.

Recently, our group has also installed similar technology at a New Hospital in a Major Regional Centre, enabling digital recording, supervision and transcription from the client's computer network system. We also developed Doctors' and Executives' PC units into dictation and reporting stations - and Administrative Assistants' PC Systems (with foot control and headset fitted) into transcribe stations for transcription of documentation and reports.

Corporate Organisations

A Nationwide Insurance Industry Group has also installed, through our organisation, an extensive voice technology system allowing for remote (off site) dictation, on site reporting and transcription.

In addition to a wide range of Peripherals, we have many telephone interfaced dictation systems enabling travelling Executive Professionals to dictate with full control of record / play, stop / start, rewind, fast forward and priority from the keypad of any mobile, home, office, hotel or even airplane telephone in the world, in any time zone, 365 days a year.

We have installed many telephone interfaced dictation / transcription systems, enabling Secretaries to work from home or remote locations with full foot pedal control of all key functions, and the use of a traditional dictation headset.

All of our full facility installations mean that, with reasonable management planning, experienced Secretarial staff can be retained by any organisation throughout a variety of evolving working and lifestyle situations - as they are able to readily work from home across a full 24 hour day, on any day of the week. Satellite working situations can also minimise business floor space requirements, office based computer needs etc, given that Secretaries are able to work off site.
